Eligibility

The $200 Rechargeable hearing aid Offer is available only to eligible Australian Pension recipients who meet the clinical and funding criteria under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program. Please contact us to check your eligibility.

Offer Details

Eligible clients may receive a rechargeable hearing aid upgrade at an out-of-pocket contribution of $200. To be eligible for this offer, clients must attend a consultation with The Centre for Hearing during the month of July 2026 and meet the clinical and funding criteria under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program. The out-of-pocket contribution includes the supply of an appropriate charger for the hearing aid/s provided under this offer.

This offer is subject to product availability, funding availability, and may be withdrawn, amended, or ended at any time without prior notice. The offer is not transferable, exchangeable, redeemable for cash, or combinable with any other promotion unless approved by the clinic.

Clinical Suitability

All hearing aid recommendations are based on individual hearing, communication, lifestyle, and medical needs. Eligibility for this offer does not guarantee suitability for a rechargeable hearing aid.

Warranty and Repairs

You can choose to enter into an annual Maintenance Agreement which will cover you for the costs of maintenance, repairs and batteries for your device. You may be asked to pay a client contribution, and this amount may be indexed. Please note, if you do not wish to enter into a Maintenance Agreement, the full cost of any servicing (including repairs outside the warranty period), will be at your own expense.

Returns and Refunds

All hearing aids supplied under this offer include a 30-day trial period. If the device/s are returned within this trial period, no charge will apply. Payment is required on the day of fitting. Returns made after the 30-day trial period may not be eligible for a full refund. Ownership of the device/s transfers to the client only once the Total Cost to Client has been paid in full. Australian consumer laws apply.

Professional Advice

Clients should follow all care, maintenance, charging, and usage instructions provided by the clinic and manufacturer. The clinic is not responsible for issues arising from misuse, failure to follow instructions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Privacy

Personal information will be collected, used, and stored in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the clinic’s privacy policy. 

Non-pensioners / Other Clients
If you are not an eligible Australian Pension recipient under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program, you may still be eligible for hearing aids at a subsidized rate through other clinic offers for the month of July. Availability of any subsidized rate will depend on individual circumstances, hearing needs, and applicable eligibility criteria. Please contact The Centre for Hearing to discuss available options and pricing.
